FSU's Activities for Life Center Offers Dancing Through the Decades

Activities for Life at Frostburg State University will be offering a Dancing Through the Decades class on Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., running from Sept. 7 to Nov. 9. The class, which will be held in the Cordts PE Center Dance Studio, will be taught by Desiree Witt. The cost is $75.

Dancing Through The Decades is a fun and physical way to learn styles of dance from the 1920s to today. The class will focus on easy dance moves that reflect the decades of American popular music. This class is suited for the beginner or non-dancer, teenage to adult, male and female.

Proper attire consists of loose fitting clothing, tennis shoes, bare feet or soft-soled shoes.

Advance registration is required. At least nine participants are required to hold the class. For more information and registration, contact Amy Nazelrod, Center Coordinator at 301-687-7934.
