Frostburg State University’s 2006-2007 International Film Series continues at 7 p.m. on Oct. 12 with “East-West.” This film is free and open to the public and is in French with English subtitles. “East-West” follows the struggle of a Russian emigrant living in France with his young family as he returns to Russia, only to be devastated by Stalin’s newest campaign.
