Windy Neal, a student at Frostburg State University, will play the clarinet at her senior recital at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 19, in the Pealer Recital Hall of the Performing Arts Center. The performance is free and open to the public and will include selections from Osborne, Baermann, Harvey, Boisdeffere and Bush. Betty-Jane Phillips will accompany her on the piano.
Neal is a music education major who has ties to Delta Omicron, the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) and the Collegiate Music Educators Conference. A native of Woodlawn, Md., she works on the music department’s stage as crew head and will graduate in May 2007.
