FSU Offering Kayak Roll Sessions

Frostburg State University’s Activities for Life, in conjunction with the Yough Paddling Club, will hold kayak rolling sessions at the FSU swimming pool. Sessions will be offered at the following dates and times: 7 to 8 p.m. Mondays, Feb. 5 and 19 and March 5 and 19, and 9 to 11 p.m. Thursdays, Feb. 1, 15, March 1, 15 and 29. The pool is located in the Cordts Physical Education Center.

The roll sessions will give kayakers the opportunity to practice their paddling and rolling skills in an indoor pool setting. Participants must provide their own kayaks. Kayaks must be clean and dirt/leaf free. The cost per night is $4. For more information, contact Amy Nazelrod at (301) 687-7934.
