Creative Non-fiction Writer To Have Reading at FSU

Frostburg State University’s Center for Creative Writing is proud to present the next literary reading in the exciting line-up for the Spring 2007 semester. Creative non-fiction writer Garret Keizer will read at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28, in room 140/141 of the Lane University Center. The event is free and open to the public.

Keizer is a former high school English teacher who resides with his family in Vermont. His books include “The Enigma of Anger,” “A Dresser of Sycamore Trees,” “God of Beer” and “Help: The Original Human Dilemma.” His work can also be seen in “Harper’s Magazine,” “The Christian Century,” “Vermont Life” and “Yankee.” Keizer has also had work featured in Houghton Miffin’s “Best American Science and Nature Writing 2002.”

Come and enjoy great words in a relaxing atmosphere. A book signing and reception will follow.
