Are you interested in free books? The annual Frostburg State University A STAR! Book Giveaway will begin Friday, April 20, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day until Thursday, April 26, or until all the books are given away. The giveaway will be at City Place on Water Street in Frostburg.
