The Activities for Life Center at Frostburg State University will offer half-hour Pre-School Tumbling Classes on Mondays, Feb. 11 to April 21, excluding March 17, from 4:30 to 5 p.m.
Classes will be held in Cordts PE Center Room 170. The class is for children ages 3 and 4 years old and is limited to 12 students who have little or no formal tumbling training. (Children should preferably be potty-trained.) The class will include activities such as cartwheels, rolls and other simple movements. It is designed to teach flexibility, strength, muscle control and coordination.
