Singer-songwriter Mark DeRose will perform as part of Frostburg State University’s Live at the Loft Commuter Music Series sponsored by the University Programming Council on Wednesday, Feb. 20, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Derezinski Lounge in the Lane University Center.
DeRose, also an instrumentalist on piano and guitar, has been entertaining high energy crowds for over a decade. He is influenced by musical greats like James Taylor, Bruce Hornsby and Dave Matthews. His music mixes introspective lyrics with acoustic rock. DeRose has opened for the Sugar Hill Gang, Josh Kelley, The Earthtones, 10 Mile Tide, New Found Glory and John Eddie.
