The City of Frostburg Department of Parks and Recreation, in conjunction with Frostburg State University Activities for Life, will offer an intermediate Stott Pilates class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from April 1 to May 1 from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the Frostburg Community Center, 27 S. Water St., Frostburg.
The class is not suitable for beginners.
Stott Pilates safely delivers optimal strength, flexibility and endurance; it improves core strength and balances the muscles around the joints, improving the way your body functions.
The class will be instructed by Stott-Certified Instructor Susan Manger. All participants must provide their own Pilates mat.
