FSU Student to Perform French Horn Recital

Frostburg State University sophomore David Durham will play the French horn at his student recital on Friday, April 18, at 8 p.m. in the Pealer Recital Hall of the Performing Arts Center.

Durham is a 2005 graduate of Queen Anne’s County High School and is the son of David and Ann Durham. He is pursuing a degree in Music Education and Music Performance and aspires to be a music teacher and a professional performer. He is a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity and has been on the Dean’s list. Durham will be accompanied by Betty Jane Phillips and will perform works by Richard Strauss, Alexander Glazunov and Camille Saint-Saëns.
