Frostburg State University Mourns the Death of FSU Registrar Morris Willey

The Frostburg State University community extends its deepest condolences to the family of Morris Wiley, a longtime University Registrar who passed away on June 11, 2008, after a year-long battle with cancer. Morris will be missed by faculty, staff, students, alumni and all who came to know him.
