Frostburg State University’s Activities for Life will offer a Kundlini Yoga class on Mondays, Sept. 8 to Oct 14, from 5 to 6 p.m. The classes will be conducted in the Cordts PE Center in Room 106.
Yoga is an ancient science that provides its practitioners with experiences of health, flexibility, balance, strength and stamina that is applicable to all aspects of life. Yoga has something to offer for all its participants regardless of age or abilities.
Advance registration is required, and students must provide their own mats. A minimum of 10 students is required for the class to be conducted.
