Activities for Life at Frostburg State University will offer a Yoga class on Monday's, April 13 through May 18, from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. in the Cordts Physical Education Center room 106.
Yoga is an ancient science widely adapted over the years providing practitioners with experiences of health, flexibility, balance, strength and stamina that reaches all aspects of their lives. Yoga has something to offer for all participants regardless of age or abilities.
Advance registration is required and students must provide their own mats. A minimum of 10 students is required for the class to be conducted.
