Lamb to a Lion Productions presents “Love, Life and Redemption” at Frostburg State University, a play featuring 15 passionate and thrilling stories based on one woman’s poetry The presentation will be on Wednesday, Feb. 25, at 7 p.m. in the Lane University Center Alice R. Manicur Assembly Hall. The production is sponsored by the Black Student Alliance and is free and open to the public.
The production is based on main character Carolyn Bowers. Bowers is a winner of a prestigious lifetime achievement award and is in search for inspiration to write her acceptance speech. In order to find her motivation, she relies on her old poetry. “Love, Life and Redemption” creatively addresses social, cultural, political and romantic issues in an unbelievable and exciting way.
