FSU’s Samantha Stephens Performs Senior Recital

Frostburg State University student Samantha Stephens will perform her senior recital on Sunday, April 5, at 3 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center’s Pealer Recital Hall.

The recital will include music selections by Georg Philip Telemann, Willson Osborne and Paul Hindemith. Stephens plays the B-flat clarinet and will be accompanied by Jean Kobert on the piano.

Stephens is a member of the Sigma Alpha Iota women's music fraternity and has received the Maryland Distinguished Scholar-Achievement Honor. She plans to graduate in May 2009, with a Bachelor of Science in music and a concentration in management. Stephens, from Boonsboro, Md., is the daughter of Richard and Mary Stephens.
