Frostburg State University’s Chinese Culture Club will host a night of fun festivities to celebrate the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival on Saturday, Oct. 3, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Compton Science Center third floor lobby.
There will be traditional Chinese dishes and a presentation on the history of the festival. Fun activities such as singing, dancing, taiji, and origami will be available for participation with local families and FSU’s Chinese students from Hunan Normal University. There will also be a raffle with a cash prize. This event is free and open to the public.
