Frostburg State University Department of Music presents two Vocal Studio Recitals. The freshman and sophomore recital will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 27, at 8 p.m. The junior and senior recital will be held Thursday, Oct. 29, at 8 p.m. Both recitals will be held in the Performing Arts Center Pealer Recital Hall. The performances are free and open to the public.
