Frostburg State University’s Activities for Life will offer a Kundalini Yoga class on Mondays, Feb. 1 to March 8, from 5 to 6 p.m. The classes will be conducted in the Cordts PE Center in Room 106.
Yoga is an ancient science that provides its practitioners with experiences of health, flexibility, balance, strength and stamina that are applicable to all aspects of life. Yoga has something to offer all its participants regardless of age or abilities.
A minimum of 10 students is required for the class to be conducted. Students must provide their own mats. Advance registration is required, and the registration and payment deadline is Tuesday, Jan. 26.
