Activities for Life at Frostburg State University will offer youth and adult climbing classes on Monday evenings, Sept. 6 through 27, at the Cordts PE Center climbing wall in room 170. Registration and payment deadline is Wednesday, Sept. 1.
The youth class for children ranging in age from 6 to 9 will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The adult class for participants 16 and older will be from 7 to 9 p.m.
Both classes will introduce participants to the sport of climbing, which offers limitless potential for physical, mental and emotional growth. Participants will learn proper stretching, safety and climbing techniques.
