Frostburg State University and the Frostburg Center for Creative Writing welcome author Aaron Gwyn on Thursday, Nov. 18, at 7:30 p.m. at the Lyric Theatre, 22 E. Main St.
Gwyn is the author of a story collection, “Dog on the Cross,” finalist for the 2005 New York Public Library Young Lions Fiction Award, and a novel, “The World Beneath.” His short fiction has appeared in New Stories from the South, Esquire, McSweeney's, Glimmer Train and The Gettysburg Review. He teaches fiction writing at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte.
