Activities for Life at Frostburg State University will offer kayak rolling sessions in the FSU swimming pool in the Cordts PE Center on Sundays, Nov. 21, Dec. 5 and 12 from 6 to 8 p.m.
During the sessions, experienced kayakers will have the opportunity to practice their rolling skills. Participants must provide their own kayaks and gear. Kayaks must be clean and free of leaves and river debris before entering the pool. There is a minimal fee per session. There will be no instructor for the sessions, but a lifeguard will be present.
