Activities for Life at Frostburg State University will offer an infant/preschool swimming class for children ages 3 to 36 months and a youth swimming class for children ages 4 to 13 years Mondays and Wednesdays, March 28 through April 13, in the Cordts Physical Education Center. The infant/preschool class will be held from 5:30 to 6 p.m. and the youth class will be from 6 to 6:50 p.m.
The infant/preschool class requires parents to be in the water with their children. Parents and children will participate in water exploration activities to have fun and become comfortable in, on and around the water.
Youth swimming instruction is separated into skill levels based on the child’s swimming ability when enrolling in the class.
