Frostburg State University will present Lyle Kessler’s tale of dysfunctional brotherly love, “Orphans,” on Thursday through Saturday, March 31 to April 2, at 7:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center’s F. Perry Smith Studio Theatre. The performance, the final of the Second Stage University Theatre season, will be directed by senior theatre major, Ben Arden.

In a rundown house in Philadelphia, orphan brothers rely on each other for survival. Described by the New York Times as “theatre for the senses and emotions, not the mind,” “Orphans” is a comic-drama filled with twisted humor, dysfunctional love and gritty, sometimes harsh, appeal.

For reservations and information, contact the Theatre and Dance Box Office at 301-687-7462. All tickets are $6.
