The Bottling Works on Main Street in Romney, W.Va., will host a benefit concert for WFWM, public radio from Frostburg State University, on Saturday, Nov. 19. Doors will open at 7 p.m. and the concert will start at 7:30 p.m.
The concert will feature old-time mountain bluegrass. Performers include the Hampshire County Old-Time Musicians from the Romney area; Bear Hill Bluegrass from Moorefield, W.Va.; and Black Diamond, a Cumberland-based bluegrass band.
Tickets are $10 and will be available at the door on the night of the concert. All proceeds go to WFWM, through the FSU Foundation, Inc. WFWM broadcasts from the campus of FSU at 91.9 FM and 96.3 FM in the Deep Creek/Oakland area.
