Frostburg Center for Creative Writing and Allegany Arts Council to Host Valentine’s Poetry Reading

In celebration of Valentine’s Day, Frostburg State University’s Center for Creative Writing and the Allegany Arts Council will host a reading of love poetry on Monday, Feb. 13, at 7:30 p.m. in the Arts Council’s Community Room, 9 N. Centre St., Cumberland.

Anyone interested in reading may bring up to three love poems, self-written or otherwise, and sign up to read on arrival. The reading is free and open to the public, and light refreshments will be served during a reception following the reading.
