Frostburg State University’s A STAR! in Western Maryland AmeriCorps program is holding its 17th annual book giveaway from April 21 to April 26 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at City Place, 14 S. Water St., in Frostburg. The public is invited to choose from a large number of free books.
This event is funded in part by the Governor’s Office on Service and Volunteerism and the Corporation for National and Community Service.
