The Western Maryland Science and Engineering Festival, to be held on Saturday, April 21, from 10 a.m. to 2p p.m. on the campus of Frostburg State University and the nearby Appalachian Laboratory, will be moved indoors due to rain in the forecast. FSU activities will be held inside Compton Science Center and the Cordts Physical Education Center.
The event is open to K-12 students and their parents, with a variety of hands-on activities and demonstrations planned. Bus transportation between the sites will be available.
