Activities for Life at Frostburg State University will offer an evening aerobic/Zumba program that will be held on Mondays through Thursdays, Sept. 10 through Dec. 6, in Cordts Physical Education Center room 168. There will be no classes Monday, Nov. 19, through Thursday, Nov. 22.
After paying a one-time semester fee, participants will be able to participate in the following classes: Zumba on Mondays from 7 to 8 p.m.; Step Combo on Tuesdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m.; Cardio Combo on Wednesdays from 7 to 8 p.m.; and Zumba, followed by toning, on Thursdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Instructors will be Kristi Devore and Eve Schott.
