Activities for Life at Frostburg State University will offer a creative movement class for children ages 3 to 5 from Sept. 12 through Oct. 17. The classes will be held Wednesdays from 5:15 to 6 p.m. in the Cordts Physical Education Center in room 106. Nicole Frost will be the instructor for the class.
The class will introduce children to dance and movement. Students will learn basic fundamental skills, musicality and experience the use of props to enhance movement learning. Dance attire, such as leotards, tights and ballet slippers or socks, is preferred, although leggings and tight-fitting sweatpants and T-shirts are acceptable.
