affiliations, addresses and phone numbers

Indicate
the presenter's name. (On a separate page please submit
name of presenter, affiliation, credentials and a brief
curriculum vitae to be used as an introduction.)

Please
specify the type of equipment that will be required for
your presentation (i.e., slide projector or LCD projector).
Presenters are encouraged to bring several forms of their
presentations, i.e., CD, zip disk, and printout.

Abstract
(250-300 words)
Submitting
your Abstract:
- Abstracts
are required for all paper and poster submissions.
- Presentations
will be 20 minutes in length; 15 minutes for presentation,
plus 5 minutes for questions and answers.
- Abstracts
should be submitted by email. (MS Word preferred
