Festival Location
Frostburg State University is located in Frostburg, Allegany County, Maryland. It is 150 miles west of both Washington and Baltimore
and 100 miles southeast of Pittsburgh. The University is near U.S. Rt. 40 and Interstate 68, Exit 33.
Signs will be posted on campus directing participants to the conference location.
