Welcome to Frostburg State University's Savage Mountain Summer Arts Academy

The Savage Mountain Summer Arts Academy offers a variety of summer workshops for high school students (grades 9-12). For Summer 2008, programs will include Creative Writing, Wind Chamber Music, Physical Acting and Stage Combat, Choral, and Two-Dimensional Design institutes. Each of these programs is one week in length and students have the option of residing on campus or commuting.
