F. Perry Smith Studio Theatre, Performing Arts Center
In A Simple Space, Australia’s Gravity and Other Myths offers a jaw-dropping performance that is simultaneously raw, frantic and delicate. Get a truly up-close-and-personal experience in acrobatic physical theatre as seven fearless performers push their physical limits. The UK Express says that it’s “Cirque du Soleil with a fistful of grit.” With driving live percussion, audience members can feel the heat, hear every breath and immerse themselves in every moment. As Edinburgh’s Three Weeks declared, “be prepared to have your breath taken away.”
