Strategic Planning Team (SPT)

In fall of 2007, a Strategic Planning Team (SPT) began the development of a Strategic Plan that would guide the University's method of decision-making and resource allocation. This team is composed of a cross-section of representatives from across the University community that help guide the planning process. You are welcome to send comments to any member of the Strategic Planning Team. (View Strategic Planning Team Membership)

The Strategic Planning Team began its work based on a list of Guiding Principles presented by Dr. Gibralter in Fall 2007.

In December 2008, a Draft Strategic Plan was presented to the campus community through a series of presentations and a planning charette. The campus community provided valuable input on the plan. This information was incorporated into an Intermediate Strategic Plan.
