Strategic Planning Team (SPT)

In fall of 2008, a Strategic Planning Team began the development of a strategic plan to guide our method of decision-making and resource allocation. This team is composed of a cross-section of representatives from across the University community that help guide the planning process.

The Strategic Planning Team began its work based on a list of Guiding Principles presented by Dr. Gibralter in Fall 2007.
