Hey FSU students and alums, do you have a story to tell about why you love Frostburg State University? Want to get some professional experience (i.e., samples for your portfolio) while adding your voices and your creativity to FSU’s marketing success? Interested in impressing COUNTLESS viewers with your technical skills and innovation and COMPETE FOR CASH PRIZES? If so, Frostburg: Take 5, FSU’s 2010 YouTube contest, could be your big ticket! FSU’s Frostburg: Take 5 includes three top prizes this year (in two competitions, one for alums, one for students) – first place ($500), second place ($250) and third place ($125) – as well as a People’s Choice Award. The People’s Choice Award will be determined through an online vote on FSU’s Frostburg: Take 5 YouTube Group. Winners will be announced during a special screening and award ceremony Dec. 1 at Frostburg’s Lyric Theatre on Main Street. Deadline to submit entries is Nov. 12. Videos must be 5 minutes or less and fall under one of the following three themes:
