Re-Entry Applicants

Students previously enrolled at Frostburg State University as undergraduates who have been absent for one semester or more, should submit an application for readmission. Students should re-apply by filling out an application and following the instructions for re-entry students.

Any student who has attended other institutions since leaving Frostburg State University must arrange to have official transcripts sent from those institutions directly to the Office of Admissions.
