It’s easy to transfer to Frostburg State University.
You will receive a complete transfer credit evaluation when you’re admitted, so you’ll know exactly what courses will transfer to Frostburg before you pay your acceptance deposit.

Transfer students are admitted on a rolling basis using the criteria below. The priority deadline for the Fall semester is June 1 prior to the semester you wish to start. For the Spring semester, the priority deadline is December 1.
Students transferring from Maryland community colleges are encouraged to utilize the ARTSYS website to determine the transferability of any Maryland community college course to FSU. Find it at http://artsys.usmd.edu/
Usually, you will meet the graduation requirements for the catalog that was in effect at FSU during your first semester of enrollment at the sending institution. If you had more than two sequential years of non-enrollment since enrolling in an institution of higher education, you must meet the graduation requirements of the Frostburg State University catalog in effect at the time you first enroll at Frostburg State University.

|Complete the Residency Application if you wish to be considered for in-state tuition rates.|

|Provide the Office of Admissions with official transcripts from each institution of higher education you have attended. If you are currently enrolled, an official transcript of your final grades must be submitted.|
|If you have less than 24 transferable credits, you must also submit an official high school transcript and standardized test scores to the Office of Admissions.|
