Frostburg State University publishes the Undergraduate Catalog which includes essential information for any individual currently enrolled or contemplating enrollment in an undergraduate study program at FSU.

IMPORTANT: Any changes to the 1999-2001 catalog since its last printing are documented in the 2000-2001 Supplement to the 1999-2001 Undergraduate Catalog. This includes changes in degree and major requirements that apply to students that first enroll in college during the 2000-2001 academic year. The supplement also includes updates and descriptions of new programs and courses available beginning in the 2000-01 academic year.
