Loans - Plus Loans If you are the parent of an FSU student and wish to borrow a Parent PLUS Loan, please complete and return the Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan Application form found below. If you are approved for the loan, then you will be notified at a later date to complete a Parent PLUS Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN). **Please note: Credit decision results will be sent to the email address provided on the form above. If you use Yahoo email, you will need to check your SPAM box in your email account to retrieve your results. |
