COVID-19 Resources for Faculty

Faculty Access

Prior to accessing your building, faculty members must complete the online screening protocol at www.frostburg.edu/checkin. Employees without home computer or smart phone access may visit the Stangle Building before reporting to work. If you or any members of your household are showing any symptoms of the virus (See updated CDC list), you must not come to campus.

Visitor Access on Campus

Prior to accessing campus, visitors/guests must complete the COVID-19 check-in at the following link:  https://itoc.frostburg.edu/checkin/.

COVID-related Adjustments to Teaching and Work Assignments

Instructional Faculty wishing to request a change in the instructional modality of their course(s) should first follow the process communicated by the Provost’s Office on June 29, 2020 (see Provost Office Communications below), which requires the initial request to be made directly to the respective department chair.  Non-instructional faculty and academic staff should consult with their immediate supervisor and then submit requests for temporary modifications to their work duties directly to the COVID-19 Health and Safety Related Request Team via: https://cm.maxient.com/reportingform.php?FrostburgStateUniv&layout_id=24.
