Ticket Information

Graduates planning to attend commencement must register for the ceremony through the Marching Order system.  Registration is now open.

HOW TO REGISTER: If you’re approved to graduate, you’ll receive an email from commencement@frostburg.edu via marchingorder.com inviting you to register and providing you with login instructions. Only those approved to graduate will be sent this email and have access.

What is Marching Order?

-  It allows you to register for graduation online, which is REQUIRED for participation in the ceremony

-  Allows access to obtain e-tickets for your guests (see below)

-  Gives you the ability to record your name to ensure it is pronounced correctly on your big day

-  Allows you to be shown on the big screen as you receive your diploma and have your name displayed

-  You can also add a photo and personal message to the slideshow that will be shown to guests as they wait for the ceremony to begin

Each graduate will receive 4 e-tickets.

YOU MUST CLAIM YOUR TICKETS BY DECEMBER 11, 2019.

After December 11, any unclaimed tickets will be free to be claimed. IF YOU HAVE NOT CLAIMED YOUR ALLOTTED FOUR TICKETS BY DECEMBER 11, YOU WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED THEM.

Admission to the December 2019 Commencement is by ticket only. The number of tickets you are eligible to receive is dependent on the number of students graduating and fire code capacity restrictions in the arena.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY TICKETS?

Once you have registered with Marching Order, you will see a red button that says Print/Email Tickets after you log in.

You can choose to email your tickets to your guests or print a copy for them. Each e-ticket will be affixed with a unique barcode that will be scanned for entry into the arena. Each ticket will only be able to be scanned once.

As a graduate, you do not need a ticket for yourself, but each of your guests (including children over one year of age) will need a ticket to enter.

HOW CAN I OBTAIN EXTRA TICKETS?

After December 11, any unclaimed tickets will be free to be claimed. IF YOU HAVE NOT CLAIMED YOUR ALLOTTED FOUR TICKETS BY DECEMBER 11, YOU WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED THEM.

On DECEMBER 12 at 5:00 P.M., these extra unclaimed tickets will be available for you to claim using the same process in Marching Order that you used to access your existing tickets.
