Word Quest: Write a Story, Write a Poem

31 July-4 August 2017
Frostburg Center for Literary Arts
Downtown Frostburg, Maryland

Interested in writing stories? Want to celebrate the world in a poem? Then middle school students (incoming 7th graders to incoming 9th graders) are welcome to join the Center for Literary Arts for a week-long program in writing stories and poems.

The program runs from July 31-August 4, from 9:30am to 2:30pm in downtown Frostburg.

Taught by the staff of the Center for Literary Arts, students will have the opportunity to write poems or stories during the course of the week; on the last day, the students will build "books" for their works and celebrate these books with a small reception and reading at the Center.

Registration Deadline: 24 July 2017
