Getting an E-mail Account and Logging in
All employees and students are given e-mail access when they are set up with an FSU network account. Log in to your e-mail with your FSU username and password. (If needed, find your username or reset your password in the Password and Account Management Portal).

Accessing Your E-mail
You can access your e-mail from the Web or from a desktop or laptop e-mail client program or from a mobile device. Instructions for each method are below.

Accessing Your E-mail from the Web

  • You can access your e-mail from a web browser. The e-mail login page is at

    When prompted on the login screen, enter your FSU username and password. Then click Ok.

    The first time you log in to OWA, you will need to set your preferred display language and home time zone for your account. Be sure to Save your selections.

Setting Up E-mail on a Computer or Laptop, or on a Mobile Device

Office 365 works with desktop e-mail clients MS Outlook, Outlook Web App (OWA), and Apple Mail. Also Office 365 e-mail works with Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows Phone, and other mobile devices. See instructions below.
