WASHINGTON, D.C.—Joan DeVee Dixon, professor of music and chair of Friends of Music at Frostburg State University, will be featured in an organ recital at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 27, in the Concert Hall of Washington, D.C.’s John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. This rare opportunity to hear a solo performance on the Concert Hall’s pipe organ is sponsored by the Millennium Stage and Performing Arts for Everyone. The program is free and open to the public.
