Athletic Dept. To Admit All Local Area Students For Free Into Basketball Games on Martin Luther King Jr. Day

FROSTBURG, Md. – In accordance with local school closings, the Frostburg State athletic department has announced that it will allow all local area students into FSU’s men’s and women’s basketball games for free on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Monday January 15.

The first 50 students through the gates will recieve a free Frostburg State Bobcat cooler.

Students must be accompained by an adult and are invited to watch the Bobcat basketball teams host Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference opponent Lake Erie that afternoon as the women tipoff at 1:00 pm and the men get under way at 3:00 pm.

The men’s team is currently 5-7 overall and 4-1 in the AMCC while the women’s unit is 7-4 overall and 3-2 in the conference.

Both teams host Penn State Altoona this Wednesday at Bobcat Arena. The women start at 6:00 pm while the men tipoff at 8:00 pm.
