"Olsen and Kilkus were solid today," said Lowe. "Valenta showed promise; she’s upped the bar for herself."

Lowe was thrilled with his squads' overall performances.

"Our plan was to run an intelligent race; we wanted to start smart and finish strong. At the two-mile point for the women and the three-mile marker for the men, we really wanted to pick up the pace. Our runners followed our plan to perfection."
