Dotter Receives AMCC Player of the Week Honors

GIBSONIA, PA — Frostburg State freshman Kenny Dotter (Baltimore, Md./Sparrows Point) earned his first Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Soccer Player of the Week honor, scoring once in all three of FSU’s games last week.

He netted the Bobcats’ lone goal in a 2-1 overtime loss to Penn State Altoona, had the only tally in a 1-0 victory over Division II Pitt-Johnstown and scored the final goal in a 2-0 win over league rival Penn State Behrend.

Dotter has scored seven goals and added two assists on the season. He ranks fifth in the AMCC in goals scored and seventh in the conference in total points with 16.

The Bobcats are now 10-5-1 overall and are 5-2 in the AMCC.
