Football Looking to Rebound From Tough Road Loss

FROSTBURG, MD - Frostburg State looks to rebound from a disappointing 30-27 loss at regional powerhouse Montclair State today against SUNY Brockport. The Bobcats outgained the Red Hawks, 404-312, and held a 24-17 advantage in first downs, but FSU couldn’t overcome four interceptions (including two that were returned for touchdowns) and a fumble at the MSU 26 in the final minute of play.

FSU, which has split its last four meetings with Brockport, has had little trouble putting points on the board this season, outscoring opponents, 69-36. The Bobcats are averaging 519.0 yards per game (320.0 passing, 199.0 rushing) despite possessing the ball just 24:25 per contest.
