Gwinn Named AMCC Women’s Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week for Second-Straight Week

GIBSONIA, Pa. - Frostburg State freshman Stephanie Gwinn (Ijamsville, Md./Urbana) was named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference women's soccer Goalkeeper of the Week, Monday for the second-straight week.

Gwinn had another stellar week for the Bobcats. She made eight saves and had two shutouts in a pair wins over Penn State Altoona and Penn State Behrend. With the victories, FSU took over sole possession of first place in the conference.

She is now 7-1 on the season and has lowered her goals against average to 0.45.

The Bobcats return to action on Tuesday, October 17 when they travel to Mt. Aloysius at 4:00 pm.
