Hoffman, Whyte Add ECAC Weekly Honors

CENTERVILLE, Mass. — Frostburg State junior forward Lindsay Hoffman (Frederick, Md./Thomas Johnson (ETSU)) and sophomore goalie Molly Whyte (Basking Ridge, N.J./Ridge) added to their weekly awards Tuesday when they were named the Eastern College Athletic Conference Mid-Atlantic Women’s Soccer Player and Goalkeeper of the Week.

Both were named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Player and Goalkeeper of the week Monday.

This is Hoffman’s first nomination. She netted a goal and added an assist to in the Bobcats' 4-0 win over La Roche to advance to the AMCC championship. She has six goals and five assists and is second on the team with 17 points.

This is Whyte’s second nomination this year. She has a .058 goals against average, a save percentage of .864 and five shutouts.
